*study of anatomy with charts and models *study of anatomy with ‘live modeling' *applying what we've learned to yoga practice Lower Body will include bones and muscles of the hips, pelvis, legs, knees, ankles, feet and lower abdominal organs. Upper Body will include bones and muscules of the spine, ribcage, shoulders, neck, head, arms, hands and upper internal organs. Both the Yoganatomy and Asana workshops will be applicable (three hours each) to the Teacher Training Certification as part of the anatomy requirements.
