Community Newsletters

Yoga encourages us to expand our awareness. With this ever-expanding awareness, we can tune in to our bodies and minds to adjust our practice to suit our needs. Perhaps a challenging vinyasa class to get the energy flowing or a nurturing Restorative class to relax and release stress and tension in our bodies and minds. Still other options include a more contemplative Yoga Nidra or Meditation classes to help focus and quiet the fluctuations of the mind. We offer many classes to appeal to a variety of age ranges, energy levels as well as curiosity to explore something different. Check out our new schedule as it is full of a variety of classes.

The course will run from September to June and will have some segments repeated so it is not necessary to attend every one.
