Her style draws from her many great teachers, her love for being active (running, roller blading, hiking...) and her Yoga Works teacher training which emphasizes Iyengar, Ashtanga and Viniyoga principles. She loves to learn about the various paths/limbs of yoga studying texts and attending yoga and anatomy workshops. Focusing the mind, aligning the body and tuning in to the breath-movement connection are of great importance to Jennie as she guides her students to their own sense of inner unity. She provides variations and modifications in her classes - whether you are looking to challenge or pamper yourself. |
