Join Laura DeFreitas and Micheal Suzerris for a week of yoga, sun and surf at Haramara Retreat in Sayulita, Mexico. This unique retreat is located outside the fishing village of Sayulita, just 45 miles north of Puerta Vallarta. Haramara offers a secluded and beautiful setting in which to deepen your yoga practice, relax and rejuvenate. Retreat Costs:
$200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to reserve your space. Print out the 2009 Yoga Bliss Registration Form and return it Yogalife with your deposit. Retreat balance is due January 15, 2009. Retreat begins with dinner on February 14th and concludes with brunch on February 21st. Cancellations must be made 30 prior to departure for a partial refund. No refunds thereafter.

All fees are per person and include accommodations, meals and all yoga classes. Fees do not include airfare, transportation or gratuity. Single rooms are available at an additional cost. Limited space at a discounted rate is available for those who do not wish to practice yoga. Massage, spa treatments and offsite excursions are available for an additional fee. Group transportation to and from Haramara is available upon request. A current passport in required for international travel to Mexico. Prior to departure you will receive more information regarding daily schedule, what to bring, and other travel arrangements.
